The final Bruxism event of 2016 offers Temporal Marauder, an alternative set from Joe Raglani who has built a reputation for complex, melodic songs through modular synthesizer. As usual, the show is free and comes with a zine -- this time full of photography from past Bruxism events.

-No Thanks (Omaha, NE)
-Hussies (Omaha, NE)
-Little Big Bangs
-Shady Bug

Omaha's No Thanks blends bizarre riffing with sour political punk for songs that race in ten different directions before screeching to a halt. This is the first show for Shady Bug, a new band featuring members of Dubb Nubb, Persh, I Could Sleep in the Clouds and more.

SUN. JAN. 1

@ Foam | 9pm | $7 | all ages
-Acrylics (Santa Rosa, CA)
-Fussy (Santa Rosa, CA)
-The Stranger
-Skin Tags

Acrylics grinds out the kind of songs noise-rock bands are known for, but at 4x the speed. When the band does slow its tempo, the parts congeal into a headbanging blob of cymbal bashing and bent guitar necks.

These are just some highlights. Check the sidebar for more!
